In cases where delivery is made via courier service, for both private individuals and legal entities:
The courier delivers metal cabinets to the entrance of the building or as far as the vehicle can access.
The buyer should arrange personnel to receive and carry in the cabinet, as the courier delivers it only to the address of the building due to its weight and dimensions.
Metal cabinets are delivered disassembled in factory packaging.
The buyer assembles the cabinet according to the enclosed instructions included with the cabinet.
In cases where the purchase is made exclusively by legal entities (companies, agencies, etc.) within the Belgrade area:
If carrying inside the building, up stairs, between floors, or similar is required, please inform us before placing the order
about all relevant details (location, floor, etc.) so that we can adjust the order or pro-forma invoice.
Services for carrying in, moving up floors, and assembly are charged separately.
In cases where assembled metal cabinets are required, we assemble them at our facility, and then
deliver them already assembled and checked to the buyer's address.
The buyer is obligated to ensure unobstructed access for our staff and the cabinet being brought in, taking into account the dimensions of the metal cabinets.
In cases where carrying in is not possible or an obstruction prevents further progress, the buyer assumes all further actions without the possibility of returning the metal cabinet or receiving a refund for the purchased metal cabinet, as it is no longer possible to disassemble the metal cabinet without damaging it and return it to its original factory packaging and condition.
For this reason, it is very important that before purchasing assembled metal cabinets, the buyer responsibly verifies the possibility of bringing the cabinet into the premises.
