The buyer assembles them according to the enclosed instructions provided with the cabinets.
In cases where the purchase is made exclusively by legal entities (companies, agencies, etc.) within the Belgrade city area:
If carrying inside, up stairs, across floors, etc. is required, please inform us before ordering
about all relevant details (location, number of floors, etc.) so we can adjust the order or proforma invoice.
Services such as carrying inside, stair handling and assembly are charged separately.
When assembled metal cabinets need to be delivered, we assemble them at our facility and then
deliver them already assembled and verified to the buyer's address.
The buyer is obliged to ensure unobstructed access for our staff and the cabinet being brought in, taking into account the dimensions of the metal cabinets.
In cases where entry is not possible or an obstacle prevents further carrying, the buyer takes on all further actions without the option of returning the metal cabinet or receiving a refund, as it is no longer possible to disassemble the metal cabinet without damaging it and return it to its original factory packaging and condition.
For this reason, it is very important that before purchasing assembled metal cabinets, the buyer responsibly checks the possibility of bringing the cabinet into the premises.
