In cases where delivery is made via courier service, for both individual and business customers:
The courier delivers metal wardrobes to the entrance of the building or as far as the vehicle can reach.
The buyer should arrange people to receive and carry in the item, as the courier delivers the wardrobe to the building address due to its weight and size.
Metal wardrobes are delivered disassembled in factory packaging.
The buyer assembles the wardrobe following the included instructions.
In cases where the purchase is made exclusively by business customers (companies, agencies, etc.) within the Belgrade city area:
If carrying inside, up stairs, between floors, or similar is required, please inform us before placing your order
about all relevant details (location, floor level, etc.) so we can adjust the order or proforma invoice.
Services such as carrying inside, stair transport, and assembly are charged separately.
When pre-assembled metal wardrobes need to be delivered, we assemble them at our facility and then
deliver them already assembled and verified to the buyer's address.
The buyer is obliged to ensure unobstructed access for our staff and the wardrobe being delivered, taking into account the wardrobe's dimensions.
In cases where carrying inside is not possible or an obstacle arises, the buyer assumes all further responsibility without the option of returning the metal wardrobe or receiving a refund, as it is no longer possible to disassemble the wardrobe without causing damage and return it to its original factory packaging and condition.
For this reason, it is very important that before purchasing assembled metal wardrobes, the buyer carefully checks whether the wardrobe can be brought into the premises.
