In cases where delivery is made via courier service, for both private individuals and legal entities:
The courier delivers metal lockers to the entrance of the building or as close as the vehicle can reach.
The buyer should arrange people to receive and carry in the items, as the courier delivers the locker to the address only, due to its weight and size.
Metal lockers are delivered disassembled in their original factory packaging.
The buyer assembles the locker following the included instructions provided with the lockers.
In cases where the purchase is made exclusively by legal entities (companies, agencies, etc.) within the greater Belgrade area:
If carrying inside the building, up stairs, across floors, or similar is required, please inform us before placing your order
about all relevant details (location, number of floors, etc.) so we can adjust the order or pro-forma invoice.
Carrying-in, stair-carrying, and assembly services are charged separately.
In cases where assembled metal lockers need to be delivered, we assemble them at our facility and then
deliver them already assembled and tested to the buyer's address.
The buyer is obligated to ensure unobstructed access for our staff and the locker being brought in, taking into account the locker's dimensions.
In cases where carrying-in is not possible or an obstacle prevents further entry, the buyer takes on all further actions without the possibility of returning the metal locker or receiving a refund, as it is no longer possible to disassemble the metal locker without damaging it and return it to its original factory packaging and condition.
For this reason, it is very important that before purchasing assembled metal lockers, the buyer carefully checks whether it is possible to bring the locker into the premises.
