Due to issues with shipment damage and damage claims with courier services, we do not accept responsibility for damage to cabinets and oversized goods caused by this type of transport. Therefore, the decision to proceed with and complete the purchase, the transport risk, and all associated costs are borne exclusively by the buyer. By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees that they have read and accepted these terms.

In cases where delivery is made via courier service, for both individual and business customers:
The courier delivers metal cabinets to the entrance of the building or as far as the vehicle can access.
The buyer should arrange personnel for receiving and carrying the item inside, as the courier delivers the cabinet to the address only, due to its weight and size.
Metal cabinets are delivered disassembled in factory packaging.
The buyer assembles the cabinet following the included instructions provided with the cabinets.
In cases where the purchase is made exclusively by legal entities (companies, agencies, etc.) within the Belgrade city area:
If carrying inside, up stairs, to upper floors, or similar is required, please inform us before placing your order
about all relevant details (location, number of floors, etc.) so we can adjust the order or proforma invoice.
Carrying-in, stair carrying, and assembly services are charged separately.
When assembled metal cabinets need to be delivered, we assemble them at our facility and then
deliver them already assembled and tested to the buyer's address.
The buyer is obligated to ensure unobstructed access for our staff and the cabinet being brought in, taking the cabinet's dimensions into account.
In cases where carrying inside is not possible or an obstacle prevents further transport, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any further action, with no possibility of returning the metal cabinet or receiving a refund, as it is no longer possible to disassemble the metal cabinet without damage and return it to its original factory packaging and condition.
For this reason, it is very important that before purchasing assembled metal cabinets, the buyer carefully checks whether the cabinet can be carried into the premises.
