Payment methods

Orders placed on officeplushome.com can be paid by payment card online, or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.

A bank transfer can also be made by scanning the IPS QR code using your bank's mobile banking application.

Card payment

We accept the following payment cards: DinaCard, Visa and Mastercard, issued in Serbia and abroad.

When paying by card you will be redirected to the secure page of UniCredit Bank Srbija a.d, where you enter your card details. After successful authorisation you are returned to our site and receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail.

Currency

All prices on the site are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD), including the delivery charge. Charging is performed in dinars.

If you pay with a card issued outside the Republic of Serbia, the amount is converted into your account currency at the exchange rate of the card organisation. The final amount charged may therefore differ slightly from the amount shown on the site.

Payment security

Card details are entered exclusively on the bank's page and are protected by SSL encryption. Card details never pass through our site.

Office Plus Home doo never sees, processes or stores your card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC code.

Transactions are additionally protected by cardholder authentication programmes, Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check. When paying with a card enrolled in these programmes, your issuing bank will ask you for additional identity confirmation.

The data you enter when ordering, such as your name, delivery address, contact details and order details, is stored in our system in order to fulfil the order and keep records, in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Refunds

In case of withdrawal from the purchase or an accepted complaint, the refund is made by the same method used for payment.

If you paid by payment card, the refund is made exclusively to that same card, including partial refunds. If you paid by bank transfer, the funds are returned to the account from which the payment was made.
